I like how the chunks are really easy to shape and they don’t crumble out. The taste is suitable for person who doesn’t like to eat salty food. I made burger today. It was really good!!

We picked up our first jar of Sol Searcher Coastie burgers last Sunday at the Hastings farmers market, and absolutely love them! Great taste, great texture, a high quality product. The jar looked a bit small, but you really do get four satisfying burgers out of one jar. And there is a one dollar deposit you can get back if you return the jar. Can’t wait to try the other three varieties!

I made enchiladas with my first purchase of Sol Searcher for dinner. They were the BEST enchiladas I have ever tasted, and the sole reason for the amazing flavour was the Coastie Mexican classic! Can’t wait to try the other flavours 🙂

My favorite of the four (although they’re all good)!! Love taking these on camping trips, they’re the perfect addition to any meal outside. So good as burgers, tacos, meatballs etc! 🙂
